Shipping Fees

Deelat Industrial Australia charges for shipping based upon three criteria; weight, distance and expediency (Ground, Express). All products will ship from our Sydney, NSW warehouse.

All products ship to the shipping address provided. Shipping options are provided to the customer based upon the weight and measurements of any given product. Heavier and over sized products will always ship via ground or freight. Deelat Industrial Australia will always attempt to deliver all items for an order together, however, circumstances may dictate that items are shipped separately.

Title and risk of loss pass through to the customer once the item has been picked up for delivery.

Freight Deliveries

Customers receiving items shipped via the freight option MUST be present to receive the shipment. Freight deliveries require a dock facility to receive the items. Please inquire about twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, inside and lift-gate deliveries. In the event of Partial Truck Load (PTL), Less Than Truck Load (LTL) or Full Truck Load (FTL) damages Deelat will adhere to National Motor Frieght Classification (NMHC) laws.

Alternative Carriers

Deelat Industrial Australia ships over a hundred thousand tonnes of goods each year and recommends that customers do NOT request a custom carrier. If permission is granted to use a customer’s carrier additional charges may apply including handling and service fees and must be paid for in advance. All items ordered through Deelat Industrial Australia will be shipped prepaid.

* Deelat Industrial Australia reserves the right to reject certain carriers due to poor past performance.
