Return Policy

General Overview

Products can only be returned within 30 days with receipt; If you are not satisfied with any merchandise please contact us. Refunds are accepted, but only granted to customers upon inspection of the returned item. Any refund eligible product must be returned in the original packaging, shipping costs prepaid (or freight charges to ship the item back will be deducted from the refund), and the item must never have been used and be in resalable condition. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. All refund eligible items returned to DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA are examined to ensure that they are not damaged and are in resalable condition. 

DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA reserves the right to reject refund claims if the items are damaged or not in resalable condition. Customers are required to pay the freight for returned items, please make sure to include the original packaging, invoices, warranty cards filled out and signed (if applicable) and any other accessories shipped with your product. DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA is not required to refund items after 30 days, however in extraordinary circumstances may permit products to be returned. Products approved for refund after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be awarded credit towards a future purchase.

Returns & Shipping

DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA expressly does not refund shipping charges on any product. In most cases customers are responsible for paying returned merchandise shipping fees and insurance. For lighter weight products a FedEx return waybill may be provided to the customer. However, if DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA issues a TNT shipping label for any returned item the customer may still have to pay for charges associated with the returned item depending on circumstance. Please make sure that you contact customer support @ 1800-646-091 to learn about which shipping charges you will incur. Finally, if an order is shipped before it is cancelled, the customer will be responsible and must pay the shipping charges for receiving and for returning the item.

Ineligible Items

Please note that some items are ineligible for returns and/ or refunds, including but not limited to; any custom cut or build items such as assembled locker units, cranes, buildings, mezzanines, slings and pre-fabricated lockers; some stocked items such as snow throwers, water and trash pumps, stripping paint, vacuums, forklifts, radio headsets, generators, line stripers, custom fabric chairs, pressure washers and floor care machines. Rented lease products and any product that is considered a hazardous material are also ineligible for returns.

Initiating a Return

To process a return please sign-in, and find your order in the "Purchase history" in the sidebar menu and click the "Initiate Exchange or Refund" link. After you've submitted the Return Request Form a customer support representative will contact you. For lighter weight items a TNT waybill may be provided to you with which you can ship the item(s) back. If your product does not qualify for a FedEx waybill to be generated you must call customer support @ 1800-646-091. 

Please be sure to have ready the four items listed below when calling or using our Return Request Form:

Customer name
Invoice number
Serial number
Reason for requesting a refund.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances will BOON TRADING AUSTRALIA PTY LTD or any of its partner companies be held liable for consequential, special, incidental and/ or indirect damages inclusive all any instance of loss of profits, loss of data and/ or loss of usability.

Warranty Limits

DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA does not honor any warranties expressed or implied except as outlined above. Further, DEELAT INDUSTRIAL AUSTRALIA disclaims all other warranties inclusive of conformity to models or samples, useable condition for a specific purpose and/ or any expressed or implied warranty of resale. Any warranties outlined above bestow legal rights upon the customer and customers may have further rights depending on state jurisdiction.
