Explosion Proof Fan - Ventilation Diameter 300 mm - Single Phase 220V - 2800 RPM
The explosion proof fan has a ventilation diameter of 300 mm, the voltage is 220V, and it is single phase. It has a max airflow of 65 m3/min, and its max RPM rating is 2800 RPMs.
Function
The paint booth exhaust fan is used along with ducts to circulate fresh air or remove unwanted air, and it may also be used to maintain a suitable working temperature. Ducts connect to the ventilator through a strap system. It can be used apart from ducts for the same purposes. The ventilator has an explosion-proof motor and switch, cast aluminum blade, and a flame-proof inner barrel. The pure copper inner barrel also has spark resistance, ensuring safety of operation.
Applications
The hazardous location fans can safely be used in gas stations, chemical industries, metallurgy plants, and for any flammable or explosive environment, due to its explosion proof and spark resistant construction. When used with anti-static ducting, the paint booth exhaust fan is ideal for cleaning air-tight tanks.

The factory where the fans are made doesn't have ATEX certification; however, it does have CNEX certification. This is a classification that allows the fans to be used in hazardous environments.
Hello! Two quick questions... 1. In the product description the cfm is stated as 55. Then, in the tech details it is listed as 882 cfm. Can you explain which one is true? I may be missing something here. 2. Where I can purchase anti-static ducting to use with this fan? Thanks!

Can I use this around Welding Fumes, Sparks, Etc?
DEELAT's explosion proof ventilators are designed to be operated in hazardous conditions. It can be used in areas where hazardous gases are found such as mines, tunnels, shipyards, etc.
Yes, this fan is ideal for your fume and spark criteria. I would also recommend using galvanized or metal ducting and a safe clearance to exhaust out to. Do not use plastic and or vinyl ducting as it can light on fire unless the ducting manufacture states otherwise.

How long of a cord does it come with?
The lead cable that comes with our explosion proof ventilator is roughly 12-14 feet long. The cable is open wired meaning there is no plug at the end.

Hello, What is the temperature range where this fan can work? and do you have models that allow to be at 120F?
The temperature range for our explosion proof exhaust fans is -20 °C to 60 °C, therefore, this product can endure temperatures of 120 °F (48.9°C).
What is the static pressure it produces?
The maximum static pressure produced by the explosion proof exhaust fan is 490 Pa.
Does the product come with a storage bag?
DEELAT ventilators do not come with a storage bag. If ordered, you will receive whats found in the photos on the website.
We have a low-fume area where people wear air purifying respirators. Can this be placed inside that environment to move air around for cooling, or does it have to be placed outside the area and have the airflow ducted in?
DEELAT explosion proof ventilators are not really intended to be used for cooling. It has no chiller components so it will not cool the air. The ventilator can be used to bring air into an area by placing the ventilator outside and ducting in the fresh air, or it can be used to extract fumes by placing the portable ventilator in the area where the fumes need to be extracted and duct the fumes out. This is an explosion proof portable ventilator so it is safe to use in hazardous environments with flammable gases/fumes. On a personal note, we use one of these fans in our warehouse, and it does help circulate the air, keeping things cooler.
Can you add some sort of speed controller to this fan??
Yes, you can add a speed/voltage controller that varies the speed, however we don't sell it.
